The experiences I gained through my luxury hospitality and management career centred on operational activities, strategic planning, and managing a team taught me that exceeding guests’ expectations lies in details but creating memorable experiences come from a genuine human connection…
Until my inner self demanded a change and to learn outside of my job, experiment curiously, and do things differently yet thoughtfully, I thought it was my dream job.
Today, we serve service-minded businesses doing good in the world to help them spread their word.
When I’m not at the laptop, you’ll find me at the beach with my journal, soaking up the sun and eating that sexy mango.
After over a decade of experience in and over 170k cocktails shaken (I was amazed when I counted), my favourite memory is serving The Rolling Stones and their crew.
My choice between staying in Europe or going to Australia was made, and I chose to live outside my comfort zone. Having overcome challenges and learned new things, becoming more connected to myself, and using my laptop differently than watching Netflix have taught me that you can live the life you want if you put in the effort.
Today, only two years after I opened up a Google Drive, I’m confident in using various software and developing campaigns, and the learning never stops.
During my spare time, you can find me reading a book or cooking delicious food.
